Njavara Kizhi, a bolus of medicinal drugs with Njavara rice puddings, tied up in a muslin bag, massaged gently on the forehead to calm down the mind and reduce the stress.

Shirodhara involves gentle pouring of medicated herbal liquids over the forehead. The treatment is very effective in promoting sound sleep and reducing stress.

Ksheeradhara is a milk bath that relieves you from anxiety and tension, good for headaches and insomnia.
